I understand that the passenger must contact the base if the car is not on location, including airport pickups whether inside or curbside or my credit card will be automatically charged if the passenger leaves with another transportation service. Cancellations must be received two hours before scheduled pick up except in the case of specialty vehicles which need 24 hour notice for cancellation. A cancellation number will be provided via email.
** Airport pickups get 30 minutes for domestic or 45 minutes for international waiting time from the time of flight arrival. Any additional waiting time must be paid by the passenger.
