DISPATCHER / TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR

Legends Limousine Transportation, a fast-growing luxury transportation company, is seeking to
add more dispatchers to our team. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

Dispatcher Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a team of professional
• Manager daily service requirements and client relationships
• Manager all transportation and logistics for customers
• Integrate our transportation services seamlessly to all of our customers
• Communicating with all other departments within the company to be sure all clients
needs are met.

Requirements:

• Must be able to multi-task
• Proficient with basic computer skills/Microsoft Office programs
• Transportation experience in dispatch and/or operations supervision a plus.
• Detail oriented with an ability to positively influence others across multiple groups
• An ability to work independently relying on experience and judgment to plan and
accomplish tasks
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of electronic transportation platforms and software
• Dispatch & Customer Service experience required: 3 years
• Great customer service skills
• Be familiar with the greater NYC area
• Be eager to learn and perform the job
• Be flexible and available to cover the schedule as needed.
• Have an interest in or have experience in the hospitality & transportation industry
• Duties will include but not be limited to:
• Dispatch various chauffeurs and vehicles to client locations worldwide
• Answering inbound calls and customer service
• Assigning chauffeurs and vehicles to jobs
